Cancellation Procedure
Article 1: Our products start to be prepared on the same day or the next day when you place an order. For this reason, we kindly ask that you inform us of your product withdrawal within 3 working days at the latest from the date of ordering.
Article 2: If the production of your order has been completed and your order has been placed with the Cargo or Logistics (Shipping) company, it cannot be canceled. In such a case, the cargo that arrives to you must not be accepted and returned. You can exercise your right of return when the required return reaches Metal Shoe Cabinet.
Article 4: If you have placed an order with a forward delivery date, your right to give up your products/products for free is again 3 business days from the date you place your order.
Article 5: Your refund will be made within 7 working days if your cancellation request complies with the cancellation conditions.

Return Procedure
Article 1.14 within 1.14 days you are entitled to a product return except in the following cases.

Article 4: End-of-series products cannot be returned. For this reason, we kindly ask you to carefully check the detailed information about our end-of-series products on the product detail page.
Article 5: We state the product dimensions on our site, the return is outside our return requirements as the size of your home does not comply. Please make important checks such as whether the product can be transported in your apartment, fit in your room or pass through the door before ordering, according to the product dimensions, before purchasing the product.
Article 6: We strongly request that you carry out damage control of the product package for the delivery of products shipped by cargo. Article 3: If your exchange request complies with the return requirements, the order of the new product you want to buy will be passed after the return of the product you have already received has reached METAL SHOE CABİNET.
Article 4: If the price of the product you are replacing is higher than the price of the product you want to replace, METAL SHOE CABİNET will create a new order after receiving your product and refund the price difference the way you made the payment.
Article 5: If the price of the product you are replacing is less than the price of the product you want to replace, METAL SHOE CABİNET will receive your product and create your new order after you pay the price difference.
